Antigal Winery & Estates Uno Malbec 2019
S$42.39
Tasting Notes
Firm red colour. Cedary, toasty, smoky, oaky, blackberry, liquorice fruit. The ripe tannins come complete with a grip on the finish. Aged 10 months in French and American oak. Malbec, once associated with Bordeaux (found more now in Cahors, South-west France), has become very identified with Argentina today

Pairings
Enjoyable on its own and delicious with stir-fried and roast pork and chicken dishes (Tandoori too). Beef and steak. And braised and roast duck, and lamb dishes. Pairs very well also with braised doufu and mushroom dishes
