Codorniu Herencia Metode Tradicional Cava Brut

S$28.53

Tasting Notes

Bright pale straw. Very vibrant and very fresh Granny Smith appley/citrussy fruit. “Cava” refers to the sparkling wine of Spain, the most famous being from Catalonia where Codorniu is produced. Made to the same method as champagne (the secondary fermentation taking place inside the bottle itself), the Spanish grape varieties here are Macabeu, Xarel.lo and Parellada. Founded in 1551 near Barcelona, Codorniu is one of the oldest companies in Spain and one of the oldest wineries in the world. In 1872, they made their first bottle of sparkling wine, making Codorniu the oldest producer of Cava
