Grant Burge GB 56 Shiraz 2021

S$33.62

Tasting Notes

Floral and fruity on the nose and palate. Ripe plum fruitiness joined by equally ripe, smooth tannins to offer a wine of immediate accessibility. The Burge Family planted their roots in the Barossa Valley as growers in the 1800s but in 1865, Meshach Burge installed fermenting tanks in one of his sheds to create the family’s own wines. Fifth-generation Grand Burge gave his name to the brand in 1988 which, today, is owned by Accolade Wines of South Australia, itself owned by the Carlyle Group, a private American equity company
