Light mid red in colour. Lovely balance of harmonious, evolved, delicate cherry fruit with a hint of autumn leaves. This wine is from Cotes de Duras, just 60 km east of Bordeaux. “Vignerons-Recoltants” on the label refers to the fact Honore de Berticot Merlot is produced by vinegrowers with grapes from their own vineyards
