Almost colourless but with a hint of pink, Malbec is one of six grapes permitted in the production of red Bordeaux which Argentina has adopted as its speciality. Trivento has very cleverly now made the world’s first white Malbec. This they have achieved by – after pressing the grapes – not including the skin in the fermentation. The result is a very white wine bursting with green/yellow citrus fruit which is very thirst-quenching refreshing
